  • Q How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?

    1.We keep good quality and competitive price to ensure our customers benefit;
    2.We respect every customer as our friend and we sincerely do business and make friends with them, no matter where they come from.

  • Q Can you do OEM or ODM for me?

    A We accept all OEM orders,just contact us.we will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.Of course, if you have the requirement of the ODM, according to your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures, and produce the products for you.

  • Q How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

    A
    Re:We will send the orders to your by Sea, by Train, or by Air.for the finial shipping ways will according to your orders.
       At the same time, we could operate the orders in the delivery terms like the FOB, CFR, CIF,or door to door directly(DAP,DDP)...
       No matter where you are, we will sell the products to you and ship the products to your port, or to your home address directly.

  • Q What is your delivery time?

    A Usual it is 15-35 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

  • Q Could I get one sample to test the quality ?

    A We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost

  • Q What's your quality control percentage?

    A
    "Quality is priority"! We always attach great importance to quality controlling from raw materials to the every end.
    Our company have the strict QC, before the shipment, Our QC will check the products one by one. if have found the bad products,we will end them to factory again and make it again. then ship the best to you.
    If found some products broken after you received our products, we will re-send you the new product in free in your next order or pay back the money to you in your next order.

  • Q What is the MOQ ?

    A Normally , the MOQ is about 100pcs. some big items can be 10pcs-20pcs.Different products have different MOQs. but if we have the model you need in stock and you can order quickly, we can reduce the MOQ for you.

  • Q What is your terms of packing?

    A As usually, we use neutral white box and brown carton packaging or our company's brand packaging; of course we could customize any packaging for you,and print your LOGO.

  • Q What payments terms can you accept?

    A Normally 30% in advance and balance should be paid off before delivery goods. Money transfer by TT, DP, LC, ALI PAY and so on.

  • Q What are your main Car Brands and Main products?

    A
    Our main car brands is: European, Japanese, America and Korean. Like the Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Benz, Ford, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, Kia, Chevrolet, Skoda, Mazda, Nissan, Honda....
    Our main products are Plastic & Metal Parts. Like: Front bumper, Grille, Rear bumper,  headlights, taillights, mirrors, grille, fog lamp case, bracket, Radiator Support, Reinforcement, Car Door, Bonnet, Fender, Cross Member....
